It’s difficult to be a leader if you’re trapped in safety. Safety is comfort. Leadership is anything but. There’s a certain level of risk. There’s sacrifice. Sacrifice of your time. Sacrifice of your investment. Sacrifice of the way you might live your life and work. Sacrifice on what others might think of you. For the greater good of oneself and the rest of humanity. If you value comfort then reconsider being a leader.
I feel like many people know the benefits of journalling. However, not many do the act. And I get it. I personally found another use for it. I use it with my clients to help them learn better. There really are no rules for journalling. So I have my clients write down their memory progress.
I usually notice how the weather affects people. In Melbourne it’s been (and still is) wet, rainy and humid.
